Opting-Out of Modules According to § 30 (5) APB

If the study regulations contain elective areas, a course can be opted out of when it is identified in the study plans according to § 30 (5) of the General Examination Regulations (APB).

A module with one or two failed attempts in these specially marked areas does not need to be completed. For this purpose, an application to the Office for Student Affairs must be submitted in order to have the cancellation carried out.
