A warm welcome!

The Faculty of Law and Economics is pleased to personally welcome numerous new students in the winter semester 2022/23!

Dean Prof. Dr. Alexander Kock welcomed the new WI and WINF students on Monday in the Audimax of TU Darmstadt.

On 10.10.2022, the Faculty of Law and Economics welcomed more than 500 new students in the degree programmes Business Administration/Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems (B.Sc. and M.Sc.), Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management (M.Sc.) and Logistics and Supply Chain Management (M.Sc.). In addition, the first students in the new degree programme Business Administration/Industrial Engineering – Technical Specialisation in Materials Science (B.Sc.) started in the current winter semester.

The departmental student body ('Fachschaft') of the Faculty of Law and Economics supports the new students at the beginning of their studies with a variety of orientation offers during the Orientation Week (OWO), which takes place from 10th October to 14th October.

In addition to welcome events, the preparation of the study schedule and an initial introduction to the subject, there are also numerous activities on the agenda that give our new students the opportunity to get to know their fellow students, the city and their campus.
