Chair of Legal Policy regarding the Digital Financial Sector

The chair deals with legal design options for the digitalized financial sector, including Decentralized Finance (DeFi). Further, research focuses on Constitutional, European, and Administrative Law, including Legal Theory. The chair is part of the project “eFin & Democracy – Democracy issues of the digitalised financial sector" funded by the Mercator Foundation and the Centre Responsible Digitality (ZEVEDI).
