The Habilitation Committee consists of the members of the Departmental Council and all other professors from the Department of Law and Economics.
The Dean chairs the habilitation committee.

Habilitation Committee
The Habilitation Committee decides on acceptance and admission to the habilitation. In addition, it appoints the examiner of habilitation thesis assessments and, at the end of the review, decides on the teaching competence of the habilitation candidates.
