An AI for the game Quarto!

Quarto! is a game that can be modelled as a graph and which has a compact action space while still being interesting and complex. The aim of the thesis is to develop an “AI” which is able to play Quarto!, as well as a GUI, helping to interact with the software tool. Based on the preferences of the student, the “AI” can be based on traditional algorithms (e.g., MiniMax) or machine learning (e.g., reinforcement learning).
