Welcome!
I’m a PhD candidate and Research Associate at the Chair of Information Systems | Software & AI Business at TU Darmstadt. My academic journey also began here at TU Darmstadt, where I studied Industrial Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Engineering and completed my master’s degree in 2021. During my studies, I developed a strong interest in data-driven technologies and their applications in business. I gained my first hands-on experience in this field through an internship as a Data Scientist at Robert Bosch GmbH in Stuttgart. As part of the “Artificial Intelligence Excellence” project, I worked on developing and implementing AI solutions for industrial applications, which gave me valuable insights into the real-world opportunities and challenges of AI.
In my research, I explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping human learning on individual, team, organizational, and societal levels. I investigate how people acquire, store, and share knowledge, and how these processes evolve in interaction with AI technologies. The goal of my research is to better understand the conditions under which AI supports or hinders human learning and collective knowledge-building, and how organizations can actively shape these dynamics to enhance their capacity to learn and innovate. I’m particularly interested in how human–AI collaboration unfolds in learning contexts, the new skills this collaboration requires, and how organizations can strategically design and manage learning between humans and AI.
